George Carlin
The late George Carlin, one of my all time favorite comedians.
Really nice work. My only critique would be that you need to find a more well balanced midtone (not sure if I told you this, but this is a common error in a lot of your works). Try to start out with a darker midtone, and always remembers, think in simple shapes when you're shading, regardless of whether or not you're using references.

Been really busy in the past month, hope to start painting here soon when things get settled down. Will keep more in touch with you and can’t wait for the next master piece.

It's been busy on my side of the web, too. Just pulled another all-nighter to make way for probably another one or two before the year is up.
Yeah, in this unusual political season, it'll be tough not to create an image or two commemorating it.
I look forward to seeing new work, once you get back on-line. Carlin's still looking cool, by the way.
