Concept
Here is a concept painting that I did last year for a project that ended up on the shelf like so many others. Thought I would show something a little different in the old blog.
Thanks for checking in. I like the concept painting, and your portrait sketches are always great.
I'm here in NYC getting geared up for the conference, which starts on Wednesday. It's shaping up to be a good one, and I hope to blog about it from time to time.
Don't work too hard over there. A guy can only take so many all-nighters!

Hey Allan! Always a pleasure and I’m sure your going to knock there socks off at the conference. If you can blog about it while your there that would be great, a real treat. I was just at the Gnomon workshop, which is always in lighting due to artist talking about there techniques, industry standards and just the simple background on how they made it in the industry.
Not so much all-nighters lately, but have been doing a lot of motion graphics at work. Seems like it has zapped my energy at the end of the day for some reason. Looking forward to a nice three day weekend and happy 4th!
